Business Skills Workshop: Keep the Cash Flowing!

  • 03/18/2019
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Carr Workspace (Met Life Building) 200 Park Avenue #1700 New York, NY 10017

Managing cash is one of the biggest headaches for many emerging and growing businesses. However, there are simple, effective systems that can be used by any size company and freelancer to improve cash flow.

The workshop will include an introduction to systems for managing cash flow as well as an opportunity for you to get answers to specific questions and problems in your business.

This is the second of two workshops hosted by member Christine Rico, CFO on Speed Dial, who is personally committed to helping women achieve power and success through being financially knowledgeable and successful. The two workshops are designed to go together, however you do not have to attend the first to benefit from the second.

This is a hands-on workshop that is grounded in YOUR personal and business purpose and goals. The workshop will include a deep dive into the core of any business. We’ll be working through a planner (laptop or paper – your choice) so that you can tailor to suit your business and personal financial goals. Participants will walk away from the workshop with a clear understanding your cash needs and expenses and how to figure out how much cash you need to run your business.

  • This is the second of two hands-on, practical workshop options for culinary women generoulsy hosted by Christine Rico.
  • Light refreshments will be available.
  • Please note that ID is required to enter the Met Life Building.
