Not all the magic in contemporary Israeli cuisine is created by celebrity chefs. Join cookbook author Janna Gur as she celebrates the uniqueness of the Israeli home cooking scene, sharing the building blocks of Israeli cooking and insight into what today’s Israelis eat. We’ll sample tempting dishes made by members from Janna’s newest book, Shuk: From Market to Table, coauthored with Einat Admony, chef/owner of NYC’s Balaboosta.
A copy of Janna’s book is included in the price of the ticket.

9 Volunteers are needed:6 for preparing a dish from the menu (Jayne Cohen, the program host, will contact you directly about the dish to prepare) 1 for photos/social media1 for sign in /write up1 for clean up
