Strudel Queen Performs Live

Join Hungarian native, Chef Vera "Strudel Queen" Eisenberg (stylist for Food Network’s Paula Deen!), for a fun-filled strudel party where we will learn about the lost art of hand-stretched strudel. After pulling and stretching, with amazement and lots of laughter, this magical strudel dough is filled with sweet or savory fillings (That's right, savory!).

To start, we will snack on a Hungarian appetizer spread called Korozott with crackers, accompanied by a Hungarian wine. Then Vera will demonstrate, with partial participation, an apple or cheese dessert strudel. While the dessert strudel is baking, we will serve a savory Hungarian cabbage strudel with a Fall salad.

2 Volunteers are needed:

1 for photos/social media/write up

1 for  set up/clean up
