Chef and NYWCA founder Sara Moulton kicks off our new Global Dinner Series with a focus on French cuisine. Sara will demo a French apple tart, and we will then all share a French meal, family style.
Sara Moulton hosts the public tv show, “Sara’s Weeknight Meals,” now in its ninth season, co-hosts a weekly segment on Milk Street radio, writes a quarterly column for the U of M alumni magazine and is the author of 4 cookbooks, including most recently, “Home Cooking 101.”
Sara was the executive chef of Gourmet magazine, Food Editor of ABC-TV's "Good Morning America," and the host of several well-loved shows on the Food Network during that channel's first decade.
Our venue, Cooking by the Book, is generously sponsored by Suzi O’Rourke. Wine pairings by Winebow.
Charcuterie and chicken breasts from D'Artagnan. Cheeses from French Cheese Board. Artisanal products from Le Bon Magot. Slate boards from Brooklyn Slate Co. Bread from Bien Cuit.
