If Indian cooking has been on your bucket list, this might be the time to learn. Work interactively with chef/author Rinku Bhattacharya in one or all of her series of online classes on essential Indian Cuisine.

Understanding the broad differences between the 4 regions of India
Kerala Fish Curry (South)
Red Lentils with Tomatoes and Cilantro (East)
Carrot Salad with Peanuts (West)
Alu Matar – Potatoes with Green Peas (North)
A list of ingredients for the dishes will be added soon
