Before it’s harvest time, learn how to put up your own tomato sauce and applesauce using the water bath method, best practices for freezing vegetables and fruits at their height of freshness, and how to minimize waste by drying herbs and proper storage.
A supply list and instructions will be distributed prior to class.
A link to the event will be emailed to all registered guests within 24 hours of the event
