Diversity Training Workshop #1 (2nd date option): 

Understanding Culture, Identity, and Bias

(please note this is a 2nd date option for workshop #1, you just need to attend Oct 14th OR Oct 21)

During this workshop, we will define terms around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We will participate in a cultural self-reflection, using a research- based tool, and then understand the role implicit bias may play in our lives. This workshop will be interactive using videos and group discussions. Upon registration you will receive a Zoom link on the day of the workshop.

The workshops are mandatory for every member of the group. We understand that it may not be possible to attend all three sessions being offered in person on zoom so we are requiring that you attend at least one in person on zoom and may view the other two online (they will be recorded).
