Join us for a virtual celebration of our member Shin Kim's cookbook launch! Korean cuisine expert Shin Kim of Banchan Story, will share her practical tips on how to cook and enjoy Korean food at home, especially as it pertains to vegetarian/vegan cooking. She will also demo a dish from her cookbook, Whole Kabocha Squash with Forbidden Rice Stuffing. Her creative take on the festive Korean winter dish can be a delicious vegan or vegetarian side for your Thanksgiving dinner. Plus, you will have a chance to win a signed copy of Shin’s new cookbook Korean Vegetarian Cooking: Authentic Flavors in Simple Steps.
