During this workshop, we will revisit the term bias, and unpack the term microaggression. We will understand the difference between intent vs. impact using short conversation scenarios. Additionally, we will share strategies to help avoid the pitfalls of microaggressions. This workshop will be interactive using videos and group discussions. 

Reminder: the workshops are mandatory for every member of the group. We understand that it may not be possible to attend all three sessions being offered in person on zoom so we are requiring that you attend at least one in person on zoom and may view the other two online (they will be recorded).
