Come See What Seafood Aficionados are Raving About

Join Steve Philips, group manager of seafood at Wegmans, in the expansive Sakanaya fish department at the new Wegmans at Astor Place on January 19th at 11 a.m. for a 45 minute presentation.

You’ll discover the market’s enormous variety of pristine seafood from Japan, learn about improvements in farmed fish like Chesapeake Bay catfish and salmon, improvements in the industry, and watch their master fish mongers at work.
