Join the NYWCA as we get a behind the scenes tour of the Brooklyn Granary & Mill by chef and owner Patrick Shaw-Kitch. We'll get to hear directly from Patrick and see his two 40" stone mills made in VT. We'll learn about his sourcing from regional farms in the northeast, his recipe development, and more. He's the only NYC based mill wholesaling NE grown grains and flours. Plus he'll put together a spread of his breads and pastries for us to taste along with some caffeine for an extra burst of energy to keep your Saturday going.
